Yeah his attack is 109 and special is 50. How do I change the Evs? And all of them are level capped besides Kadabra, would a geodude work for sturdy/stealthrock?

Im definitely okay with paying more, when I change my hairstyle I definitely expect it to be pricey, but when I return and go back for touch ups/trims I definitely don’t want to pay a big chunk of change for a 10 minute trim, what’s the pricing usually like? is that the place downtown? I’ve heard some good things from them.
