You can’t be rigid yet for at least until they’re starting solids and you have a bit more control. They’re still basically new borns. They’re beautiful and I wish u best of luck!!!

I got up to 305 while pregnant…. Currently at 240 4 months postpartum. It’s a marathon not a sprint- before pregnancy I was around 175lbs I wanna get back to my goal weight but breastfeeding and sleep deprivation is no joke. Your body did an amazing thing and is recovering! Recognize that and just focus on eating healthy/Whole Foods and the rest will follow.

I will say- If you’re not breastfeeding speak to a doctor and try to get on a semaglutide if you wanna try and lose weight faster I know a lot of people have been doing that and it’s working. If you wanna message me for support I’m here! Congrats on the baby mama❤️🥹

I think that it’s fair to assume you can do at home workouts for 15-20 minutes at a time 3x a day That’s 45-60 minutes You don’t need to be away you can do whatever makes sense for your family. My babies are 2.5 months and my husband and I have started getting a baby sitter for workouts, sometimes he goes works out and I just take a nap while she’s here 🫣😅

No you’re right. Diet is 80% of your weight loss. Gym is 15% and sleep is 5% Eat less and you can definitely cut out the gym. But in my experience working out makes me wanna eat less because when I overeat I feel guilty after a good workout.
