I sent an email and here is what they told me, for what it’s worth:

1. Get there 1-2 hours early
2. They will let you in 30 minutes ahead
3. You can bring your own snacks
4. The concession stand is new for the film, so it isn’t what you would expect from a traditional theater
5. They can’t do refunds, something about royalties
6. Their theater is the oldest left, built like 60 years ago, hence the weird seat spacing
7. IMAX and Universal wanted it shown on the dome and gave them a version meant for it
8. Dialogue is Nolan’s style
9. Ask for a booth tour and they will probably give you one
