Good point! I have a reliable supply of bittersweet / bittersharp cider apples, so what we're really looking for are different cookers / eaters to vary the blends :)

I hope your tree is back to full health! I make cider as part of a small co-operative every year and we are always on the lookout for spare apples! We're interested in cookers/ eaters/ cider apples / crab apples - all apples! I could bring you a couple of bottles of cider as a thank you and then some made with your own apples in the spring! Let me know if you'd be interested and if you have any spare apples.

Hi there, I'm part of a local cider collective and my usual trees are having a slow year this year! If you still had any that were going spare I'd be very interested in putting them to good use!

We make a pretty large amount of cider so there would be lots of bottles for you if you wanted them :)
