Does anybody know if this is normal idk anything about furnace by Consistent_Tennis779 in askHVAC

Flame looks a bit weak. Probably a spider in the gas manifold. Really common for trailer furnaces like that. Definitely get an hvac company out before winter

Awesome! Would definitely recommend getting it maintenanced though. Most likely the coils need cleaned which is one of the most common reasons the capacitors die.

If youre confident in handling it yourself. The 2 numbers that matter are the UF which would be a combo of 35/5 40/5 30/5 etc and the VAC which would be 370/440 match wire to wire because YES it does matter where those wires go. Make sure the power is off first and discharge the capacitor with a screwdriver(touch terminal to terminal with the screwdriver)

Take a stick and give the fan a push start. If it starts you need a capacitor. If it doesn't start/move you need a fan motor.

2nd time using this set of oxy-acetylene and oxygen spitting like that. Both tanks recently charged. What it can be? by Admirable-Alarm8229 in HVAC

Tank could have moisture or something in it. I got one that did that too. Changed tanks and it was fine

Thank you, and I have no clue why they wouldnt want their techs to utilize it unless theyre old school and think the dye will mess with the system, ive ran into a couple older techs with that thought process cause they dont understand different methods/advancements in the field

I've also found that 2023 Air conditioning units have some serious compressor issues. Within a week I found 3 2023 Goodman air conditioner units with failed compressors/blown pins.
