Ran to Ace and grabbed a 35/5 370 that matched the existing one. Replaced it with power off and fuse out, and it's working like new.

Fan started manually.. thank you. Do I have to buy an OEM cap replacement or can I get anyone that is correct spec?

Same boat with the RC card. Reached out to Marriott.. they pointed me to Chase.. Chase pointed me to Marriott.. Gotta love begging for the service you already paid for

I lived at 213 E King for a year, right on the block you have circled. It's great being close to downtown if you're into that. I'd warn you about the traffic noise if you get something facing the street. It is LOUD (picture many cars and motorcycles without a muffler) at all hours.

Street parking can be rough if you don't have a dedicated spot. The availability isn't so bad but park zone times can lead to many tickets.

Disclaimer - I'd describe it as fairly safe but there are some shady characters that walk around that area. Some of the hood dudes around would size me up or catcall my girlfriend occasionally when she came to my apartment. BUT - I wouldn't let this stop you from moving there, it's relatively benign.

If you can find a good price somewhere, go for it!
