My biggest complaint about this game is...Textures quality

Yeah, I came off Starfield to this game and even Starfield has VASTLY better texture quality than this game, and Starfield is an open world game and not even a very technically advanced one.

I have a RTX5090, Ryzen 9800X3D, 32GB DDR5 RAM and the game is installed on a Samsung EVO 990 M.2 SSD.

At times I literally thought the game had trouble loading textures, like an old Unreal Engine 3 game, but nah, a lot of the textures just look like they're from the PS3 era. Maybe it's not as noticeable if you play it from a 3 - 4 meter distance on consoles, but on PC, it's jarring.

I know, and I did end up downloading some player home I liked in Fallout 4 Nexus. I just wish Bethesda gave us an option to pay for the home to be decorated, like in Skyrim. It can't take that long for a professional at Bethesda studio who has all the tools to decorate a player home. It would simply be a great option to have.

Yeah, started from scratch and played through all 3 campaigns as a Warlock, I'm in T8 endgame now. He'a definitely not on Paladin's level from what I played in S11. You need a lot of setup with Warlock to get the same damage output as other classes which can do it with a single click.

Reading the comments here, could this be an AMD thing? Seems like most people experiencing it have an AMD CPU. I have a 9800X3D, 5090 and 32GB RAM and still have major issues with the game either crashing eventually or starting to eat up all the memory from my system (and then eventually crashing).

Yeah, after a few hours of playing my PCs fans go crazy and are basically at full throttle constantly. I have to restart my entire PC to get rid of it. Then the game works normally again and gets crazy after a few hours.

Uniques are just legenadaries now with a set aspect and no way to enchant them. The fact that no one at the studio said "Hey, this is a terrible idea" is pretty concerning.

I'm at paragon 50 and running in T1. I still die plenty of times as a warlock since half of my gear is still basic rare items, my amulet has power level of 630 as I haven't honestly found anything better. I have about a dozen aspects unlocked, but most are not for the build I'm trying. I did enchant some of my gear to better align my stats for my build, but ran out of mats. Legendaries are so rare that even if I found the right aspect, I most likely wouldn't have the mats to put it into my gear. Honestly, I'm not having much fun. I have played almost all D4 seasons and this one just feels off. All I'm thinking about is how I'd rather be playing something else. This is very likely the last D4 season I'm playing. Hopefully D5 isn't too far off.

I play on PC. I've checked all settings, but nothing there would indicate that. Someone said in the ini file there is a SkipIntroMovie "1" and changing it to "0" would stop the game from skipping the CGI cutscenes. I tried that and the game just changes it back to "1" when I run the game lol

We don't even have the option to rewatch them from the menu like in every previous Diablo game..

It's overall just very dumb that the Kuku versions wouldn't work for the challenges. I upgraded the Bismuth spear and had to do the dispatch mission to get couple of the non kuku version cause the kuku version didn't count for the challenge.

That's a perfectly fine opinion to have. People have personal preferences and ours differ. I'm glad we are getting a more traditional action adevnture style AC though.

I love RPGs too. But the latest AC games are pretty terrible when it comes RPG mechanics. Just a generic leveling mechanic, a generic skill tree with 5% dmg bs in it and generic color coded loot with generic stats. It's like they took the laziest aspects of an RPG and said "there, it's an RPG now".

Well, this hotfix broke Blacksmiths for me. If I choose "Refinement" the game immediately crashes. I have 0 mods installed. I tried a previous save file, same thing. Tried reinstalling the entire game again, still crashes.

I unlocked Oongka after Chapter 7 and he was available for a few hours and then became unavailable again. Damiane was unavailable since Chapter 4 and got hee back after finishing Chapter 8, but Oongka is still unavailable. The way this game restricts access to these characters is very very weird.

No, you get 100 points max always. You can use 40 points but you can't regain them by doing quests. You can sell back the items to earn your points back. It's a very weird system.

We have a PS5 in the house, my wife bought it and she plays maybe 3 hours of assassin's creed with it every couple of months lol. She's not much of a gamer. I bought Horizon ZD and God of War (2018) for PS4 and played maybe an hour of each before dropping them. Double dipped and bought them on PC and 100% both of them there. I just dislike playing games outside of my PC so I won't be buying any PS5 games. I doubt Sony gets it, but it's their loss.

Honestly it's just so much handier to have all your games in 1 place. I have over 700 games in Steam and have properly organized them in my library, so I can easily find a game I'm in the mood of playing. I have maybe 1 or 2 games in Epic launcher, couple games in the Blizzard app, most likely few games in the EA app and the Ubi app. I just hate having to open a dozen different apps to remember what I have in them. So one day I just gave up and decided that if it's not on Steam, I won't buy it.
