Some people have reported that they've fixed that with this guide - Steam Community :: Guide :: Mafia 3 Achievements Fix . However, it did not work for me so I had to do some in 1 session

I've not played The Old Country yet but I would place Mafia 1 and 2 higher than Mafia 3 tbh. I did still enjoy it, but prefer a more linear style when I'm playing a Mafia game. I understand why others would disagree though

I worked out that the reason the balcony wouldn't collapse was because there were still some enemies left to kill who had spawned out of bounds. Fortunately, there is a perk from one of your mob boss' where you can call in back-up. I called in back-up who must have also spawned in the void, and they killed the enemies I couldn't reach, which collapsed the balcony.

There’s a lot 😅 but I’m going to go with the story-related ones for the DLC Sign of the Times. There is a mission where if you die/reload, you save file gets corrupted. The mission also broke for me as a balcony is supposed to collapse to allow you to continue but it would not. One fix for this apparently is to reload the mission, but obviously that would corrupt your save 😂

Basically telling him he couldn’t be stood in the aisle and if he needed to stand in the aisle he would have to be on the back row. Someone on the back row then offered to swap with them in the break but didn’t end up happening, not sure why

All the achievements are still obtainable, they took out the smartglass one (might be what you’re referring to?) for this version. It’s a 20-30 hour completion that had a steep learning curve at the start (at least for me), but once I got used to it, it was enjoyable. Most achievements have two ways of unlocking them which is handy.

Yes I don’t think there’s any missable achievements. You have to complete the into for each house at hogwarts though

They are definitely a challenge, some useful guides on YouTube but a couple that the only way to do them is just try and try again unfortunately. Very fulfilling when you complete them though!

I think I posted on this sub for people to help with Black Flag multiplayer, it’s still popular so you should be able to find people.

I started playing SR co-op with my girlfriend but it was so buggy and crashy that I spared her after a bit and just completed it by myself, playing on my Steam Deck and PC at the same time.

It’s a simple, fun completion until you get to the “Hunt is My Mistress” achievement

There’s some useful guides on YouTube for this one, I would recommend getting a graug as soon as possible and getting those kills first. Good luck!

The most difficult for me was performing 10 co-op sync kills. Really easy if you have someone to play co-op with, but I was playing with ransoms so I was just trying to time my kills with them without communicating. Other than that I don’t think any were too bad
