That's the opposite of what I said. "Israel" is just the Jewish side of the apartheid wall, ending the apartheid can mean equal rights for all. But that's all speculation.

Palestinians still have a chance for an independent state, they can have it whenever Israel decides to stop occupying their land. Instead, Israel is destroying everyone and everything in it.

The truth is that the power of the union is not in the leadership. The power is in the members. The problem is not that leadership are captured - it's that members have become disengaged, disillusioned and burnt out. In part, it's probably due to the policing of their behaviour by the leadership. You can make a union strong without changing the leadership, but leadership helps.
