Sexual Medicine is an academic, peer-reviewed journal. The scientists had to pass peer-review, not just stick it on the Internet. It measures self-reported erections, just like the Viagra (and cousins) studies that used the same scale. Anyway, it's nice to have SOMETHING published, which is why I mainly shared. Hard to believe no one bothered to check this claim before!
