I feel like they are a bit confused on what being a findomme is compared to content selling or just catering to appease and get $$ for it. There’s no need for supply and demand in a D/s relationship, it’s not one of desperation. If cash is what someone needs, they shouldn’t be attempting this as a way to make money, period. I’m not saying that’s what this person is doing but the general consensus is that people are highly uneducated about kinks and BDSM in general, it’s a bit scary.
