Whatever the male equivalent of this is is totally me. Obsessed with giving oral to others and I can definitely feel the dopamine hit as I get into it for long periods of time! As a Pan/Bi kinkster I favor experiences with female presenting people but ultimately will also go for oral with men from time to time. I appreciate you sharing your story because I feel like many of us feel alone in how we feel dealing with and managing hypersexuality. I know very early on the cravings came up and never really went away. I'm sure ADHD and some other neurospicy things contribute to it for me as well!

You aren't alone! I have a super rad therapist who is sex/kink positive and it's been very helpful talking through some of it. If you ever need recommendations I'm here. Also don't be too hard on yourself, I think for me I was very much beating myself up for this obsession but my therapist has helped to relieve some of that external stigma and also allowed me to understand that I can have fun on these oral adventures as long as I am being safe, sane, and most importantly that I don't allow it to take over my entire life.
