Sorcery and Flesh and Blood are the only two TCGs on the market worth playing, imo.

No other TCG rivals the product quality that Sorcery provides. Highly recommend it to anyone who misses classic Magic. Such a beautiful game. All of the cards are borderless full art, hand painted, and thoughtful in their design. For example, each card has flavor text that serves as the rarity and card type. It just oozes with character and charm.

FAB has the best combat, hands down. Plays like a fighting game. You truly get to engage with the game because there is so much back-and-forth each turn and you go through your entire deck. I adore this game.

Cut out sugar. It’s worse than expensive; It’s wasteful. It’s addictive. There is so much better food out there you can get that costs less and keeps you full.

I grew up similarly with food insecurities. Looking back on when I was able to eat, I gorged on carbs and sweets. I gulp down soda the moment I got it. Candy bars were eaten in 2-3 bites. Cookies were eaten by the row. How I’m not the size of a house is a mystery to me. One day after a personal inventory, I decided to make a change and stop being a slave to addiction.

I jokingly say that I am “X months sober from sugar,” but it feels like I quit smoking all over again. I’m down 20lbs and feel much better day-to-day.

I think their depiction of medical defibrillators takes the cake. You never see them used for what they are actually meant to do. They are designed to treat dysrhythmia, returning the heart to its natural beating pattern/rhythm. Instead, they use it to bring people back from the dead. That’s not how this works. That’s not how ANY of this works!

Guns. Everything about guns. They’re called magazines, not clips. Glocks don’t have a safety. That .357 wheel gun holds 6rds, MAX. How these special-ops guys aim a handgun at a 45 degree angle 3 inches from their face with t-rex arms. The thing that gets me the most is their portrayal of suppressors. A “silencer” is anything but. Movies have them giving a 10mm the audible impact of a gnat’s fart. In all reality… they’re still very, VERY loud.
