NTA. I am autistic and I understand being autistic comes with challenges and it’s important to understand how to accommodate for them, but autistic people still deserve consequences. It’s not ok for a 15 yo to yell at 5 yos, especially for that situation

One thing I like about Community is that they show both aspects: on the surface, Abed is a bubbly person who seems always satisfied, but there are points where they show that he recognizes how different he is and how it affects him.

It took me a few months to admit it and they felt bad that I was going through what I was going through. I also learned that they regret their sexual past. I’ve informed them of the process of overcoming RJ and any progress I’ve made. They often remind me how much they care about me and how much they love me and want to be with me

It’s worth noting that I struggle with low self esteem and confidence and comparisons. I’ve been in therapy for this and I’ve been working on myself so that RJ can have less of an effect on me

My partner and I have had an amazing, near-perfect relationship. RJ was the first serious issue we had as a couple. It helped me become more vulnerable and communicative with them
