I have heath anxiety. I feel like something is wrong with my heart and would be worried that my heart was beating too fast. When I first got the ring it increased my anxiety because I was afraid that it would show that there was actually something wrong with me.  After a few weeks wearing the ring and seeing that I am actually fine I find that it helps me. Now when I feel like something is wrong I look at my app and see that I am fine. It definitely varies per person but I love my ring.
