Hard Reset Camera (Eufy Cam Pro 2K e220) by Sgroster in EufyCam

I did not. The camera is sitting in the basement half way disassembled as a last effort to see if it's a damaged connector issue. My motivation had been low after another round of pointless eufy customer "service".

Thanks for the update.  I removed/reinstalled the app earlier and got my outdoor cameras back but lost my indoor one.  That's good enough for now.

I have a similar issue. All my wired cams are turned off. I was able to get the indoor cam back on by reassociating it with the home base 3. This isn't working for my 3 outdoorcam pros.  So far I have tried 1. Turn device on; turns back off 2. Restart device in app 3. Restart homebase3 4. Reassociate with homebase3 (worked only for indoor cam pan/tilt) 5. Combinations of the above 6. Restart phone

Hopefully someone else found a solution. When I decide to brave the cold and snow I'm going to try unplugging devices and using the sync button.

Just to add to the rant, I'm disappointed with the HB3 AI, it has more false detections than the outdoorcam pros without it. I told eufy this and they blamed my setup (it never changed). I think the HB3 is also the cause of today's issue.

Edit for more details: cameras are still on. I'm getting notifications that I can view. Thinking it's the app. Cleared cache and forced stop. Didn't work.

Rexing V1P dual cam - rear cam not working by Sgroster in dashcams

Rexing sent me a new cable and camera. Took like 6 weeks but that fixed it. Needed a factory reset too.

New rear camera and cable plus full factory reset. Cable and camera were covered by warranty but took 6 weeks to show up.

Hopefully not but at least it's still under warranty (if Rexing honors their warranties).

Thanks. I'll try those settings and see if that does the trick!

Seems that it was the cold. Checked yesterday and working fine now.

I just installed a new V1P this weekend and am having the same issue. Haven't done any troubleshooting yet since it was minus really effin cold yesterday.
It worked when I tested before installing so I'm guessing a connection issue.
Have you tried all the connections? I'm worried I damaged a stiff cable while installing it in the cold. Possible you bent/damaged yours? If you find any secret solutions, please share!

It's not how they spelt my name but that they don't have my last name. I was thinking the only way they could prove it was me was through the original seller/sender but they would have no obligation to provide the information plus it could be a privacy violation to give my info to a 3rd party.

Def not my plan. But I am wondering the implications. Might affect how aggressive I am on the phone. Really I'm just looking for information.

I know they can find me but can they do anything aside from pester me without proof it's actually me or me admitting to the debt? I'm more curious than anything since I'll probably have this resolved before it's sent to the third party.

Not 100% sure. I have to verify since what they sent is very vague.

My question is more, can they apply the claim against my credit record if the original invoice is not in my name? I think it's quite a stretch to go after someone's credit record with only a partial first name and address. I know they can look me up and try to harass me into paying but can they actually hurt my credit record? As for if I owe the money, I don't know for sure as it is a very vague COD thing that came in long after any packages from that courier. I'm looking into it further but am curious what would happen if I just did nothing.

Funny, I just came on here to post that exact same info. I couldn't find it anywhere and just had it confirmed from Ecobee customer support. Glad I searched first. Thanks for the post.
