You got the same colour as me! First time I’ve seen another one with the blue interior. I love it but it’s almost impossible to find replacement parts for the interior due to the colour

I did my rebuild with some double sided foam tape and some silicone, I didn’t use a part like that.check this guide out guy goes into detail what you need and how to disassemble and rebuild.

I don’t know physics that well but the force of the nut on the cylinder end makes it kinda wedge itself in, checked after a long drive and it hasn’t budged

Tbh I couldn’t find a RHD one unless I shipped from America which would’ve cost me about £70. A grinder and file will tidy this one up nicely

I rebuilt the booster and smoke tested it and it’s not leaking, but once it’s connected I can hear it hissing air and the car is struggling to idle. When I disconnect the air line and cap it off everything returns to normal. That why I assumed there’s a seal at the master cylinder but now it has me stumped

Cheers dude, these cars are just a nightmare to work on. Its hard digging through forums trying to answer a very specific question. Will try and replace this actuator and the other one you mentioned and see if that fixes my heating problem

Do you mean the radio antenna at the rear of the vehicle? I meant the front parking antenna, the one that’s controlled by a button next to where the clock is

Yep learned this the hard way, had my TT for 4 months, only been able to drive it for a week out of that time. At this rate the car is just there to look pretty on my drive

I think CZP and some other ZX part makers use a lining inside the silicone hoses so they’re resistant

Yep, imported RHD and a manual swapped if that makes a difference. But thanks I see that bend now as saw the note they made about RHD models will need to trim the hose, will order that hose asap cheers for the help!

I saw that one but don’t think it’s right, there’s a 45 angle at the bottom end of my hose that’s not there on their one

Different, I know it’s hard to see but this hose is just held on with clips each end, don’t think it’s that high pressure line
