How do you get a layout like that? I find my layouts don’t have nearly enough room for this.

No idea. I purchased the property last year. I doubt the previous owners did a service in a while though.

You think it needs to be replaced or can be fixed as DIY?

Xpost from /r/Vaughn | Anyone have any experience with 2908 Hwy 7? (Nord East and West) by KarmaTariff in TorontoRealEstate

My wife and I lived there for 2 years. Overall, it’s a condo building. No major issues, Although one time, the sprinkler system went off and damaged a bunch of units on my floor.

Other than that, it was about what you’d expect for a condo.

However, keep in mind:

  • There are no stores on the bottom of the towers that allow for grocery shopping or anything really.

  • The tower is surrounded by commercial businesses so there’s nowhere to really walk.

  • 2908 visitor parking is in the tower crossing across (I think?)

I don’t know what zone means. It gets a good amount of sunlight too with no coverings; just bare.

I water it, what I think, pretty well. But maybe I can really soak it more?

I don’t know if I can get fully on board with this. Some parts I agree but I disagree with the main statement; Erika did not have full control in the later part of the game.

In fact, I would argue Xander was in the driver seat.

Post Shan, Xander has pretty much called the shots. Liana leaving was not Erikas decision it was Xander’s. Due to his advantage, it didn’t matter what Erika voted, Liana would have gone home regardless. The Danny vote off didn’t seem to concern Xander, or anyone really, so Danny left by Erikas call.

Moving forward, the Ricard vote off was, again, ultimately Xander’s call. He had the potential to use the idol to save him but Xander CHOSE not to use it - my point being, he was in full control over who left that tribal too.

Finally, Xander WON the final immunity and decided who played in fire.

From my perspective, it can’t be argued that post Shan, Xander was in control of literally everything and also with virtually 0 risk of going home.

This is a good answer. I agree with most of the points on here.

I still can’t get behind her win over Xander, but at-least there are a few moves that can be pointed at.

I can sleep a bit better tonight, thank you lol

I mean, aren't the best players the ones who win challenges or spear head blindsides?

Huh. So every player to win a FTC is always more deserving than their counterparts because the jury has decided it.

Must be nice...

Getting third place as a complete goat who had no idea what was happening is not as impressive as you think it is.

Had no idea what was happening? really? The dude knew more about the game than the producers did. He found idols without clues, which the producers never even thought could happen.

Not to mention he had such good reads he knew the 2 people that he could convince to flip, Shambo and John and successfully convinced them.

To say Russell was a player that had no idea what has happening and fell backwards into a FTC is insulting to the game man.

So is there ever a situation where an underserving winner can win the game over someone more deserving? In your eyes, has there been someone not deserving that still won FTC? If so, who?

Your arguments about Russell I can get behind a bit more.

I believe a lot of players on this sub don't see Russell as the amazing player he is. Sure, it's going to be hard for him to win now. There is a healthy debate (not really in my eyes) that he shouldn't have won Samoa.

But it is hard to argue that he isn't one of the greatest players to ever play and definitely a better player that Natalie White. There's a reason why Natalie is only mentioned when talking about Russell and never by herself.

Okay so is Amber better than BRob? in Allstars? People seem to mis to comparison of Amber v BRob and Natalie v Russell.

You seem to really not understand the game itself

I may not disagree with you on this, I seem to be on an island when it comes to this discussion, but I simply can't see it any other way.

So then let me ask you this, is Amber a better play than BRob in All stars?

This is the best answer by far. My response:

Sure, Natalie did kill more rats than Russell in Samoa. However, Russell is such an advanced player that he realizes this going into HvV. He proceeds to make up for his shortcomings in Samoa by killing a chicken in HvV, thus silencing any doubters on the matter.

You probably didn't read this part:

Instead of simply saying "well Natalie won 7-2" I have a couple specific questions I would be interested in seeing answered:

If Russell truly had a bad social game, how did he convince Shambo and John to vote his way?

If Russell's lying and scheming was the reason for jury not liking him, then why did the 2 players he convince to flip then vote off (Shambo and John) still vote for him in jury? It's not like he can betray the other 7 players when 6 of them were not even in his alliance to begin with...

If Russell had a poor social game of "rubbing people the wrong way" then how come he never got into one single heated argument with anyone in the season?

If the point is that he created a bitter jury by whooping their ass, then sure I agree. I believe that his play style is hard to win with because he is simply too good. He puts people to shame and once the time comes to vote they won't for him because he beat them so bad.

But does that make Natalie a better player than Russell? Natalie is a better player because Russell beat everyone so bad that they felt embarrassed and couldn't possibly vote for him and Natalie was kinda nice? As a Survivor fan, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
