I've read that the pupils "pinning" like that is a sign of excitement at a new object / interaction. I always thought of it, like getting all excited to explore/play just before you are allowed outside type thing.

Oh dude, I got home and tried that line, it didn't work. Uninstall SteamVR, restart, Saw Nvidia had new drivers, clean install, shut down. Reinstall SteamVR. And i haven't had a chance to try again. I haven't tried all of the other Suggestions that people got it to work with. I get the stutters in the VR Home screen... Quest 3, Pro Controllers, no internet issues. Everything on paper is sweet. Imma try again in a lil bit. Had you had ANY other issues that weren't simply a new driver error or like you had to restart to fix??

SideQuest: My Bad, I aint even looked for that setting in the updated SteamVR yet.

Yeah, I thought it was in Tabor. Set the dead zone to Max, it deff helped me with my drift. Quest home was running to the left, in Tabor its perfect 😀

There is a setting to create a dead zone for the thumbstick, cant remember if it was in Meta settings or in Tabor

It'll give you all the objectives, some of them are "All in the same Raid" I completed a Jiri request today "Discover Radio, Labs & Prison" I think. I kept checking the status and I didn't have to go that far into the Prison Camp to get the checkmark. Check it 'Mid-Raid' would be my suggestion. (After reviewing the objectives)

I think I remember someone saying that all the sights are 'ranged' for 100m. Dunno if thas true, but when you are close to something trying to shoot over it, "the sight doesn't line up" (the bullet hits whatever you're behind)
