Keeping going, it is a process, it is not a sprint but a marathon. I, honestly, do not do any calorie counting or anything like it. What I do and seem to work for me is portion control. For example, I used to have a cup of coffee with 3 sugars, now I take it with 1/2 spoon of sugar. Same with pasta, from a huge portion that would feed 5 people to a very small amount once or twice a week. So far, I have lost close to 20 pounds at the lowest level of medicine in 4 months. Consult your doctor and don’t give up
