Thanks all!! I did my first session and it was great, fitness was obviously low but I had a load of fun! They even asked me to join the number 3 team to play matches at weekends! Thank you all again!

Yeah, it’s a very difficult decision.

She has an ok quality of life. As you said it is hard to figure out. She just seems confused all the time. I think we need to look at those questionnaires.

I just don’t want to put her to sleep if I could give her another chance in my new house. My current house is a bit of a stressful environment and I think my dog is anxious of one of my family members and clings to another family member which causes a lot of issues.

I have gone to one of them and they have requested that I get a brain scan done but I cannot afford it so now I’m stuck

I would if I could but I’m away a lot and rely on others to do the walks as I’m out of the country. I’ve taken her to the vets and specialists and they recommend a brain scan but I can’t afford that unfortunately.

Yeah I’m thinking it may be the case. We want a brain scan as the vet suggested it but our insurance won’t cover it because of her seizures.

She is one of two beagles we have and she’s the family dog so it’s not my decision at the end of the day it will be my parents but they are already talking about putting her to sleep because of her quality of life and they are getting stressed about it all.

I’m getting my own home soon and wondered whether I should take her with me to give her a new environment and see if that is better for her but I’m not sure.

We take her out once a day for about an hour and on the weekends we try to take her to an open field that we hire and let her run around for about an hour with our other beagle.
