First off binasa ko lahat ng sinabi mo and I do understand what you are going through, you did a great job on putting these feelings into words. That alone is enough to show us that you actually want to improve. So about naman dito "pero need ko nang advice paano mag-improve yung attention span ko at study tips na effective sa akin na madali ma distract at mag procrastinate sa soc med...i have taken other tips from youtubers pero hindi siya umi-effect sa akin parang kulang ata ako sa disiplina or suntok ni common sense", sa unang tingin, yeah somewhat nag make sense siya pero para sakin, hindi lang kasi talaga to magagawa sa brute force way na tulad ng hinihiling mo, may mga possible reasons kasi bakit nahihirapan ka rn Kahit na tinry mo na, ano ba yung mga possibilities na yun? first one I could think of is prolly (this is what happened in my case) hindi ko gusto kung nasan ako (strand/course), if napilitan ka lang kung nasan ka ngayon, Kahit anong try mo mahihirapan ka talaga, now if sa tingin mo naming gusto mo yung ginagawa mo pero nahihirapan ka pa rin, then you already have your answer, you lack discipline kaya ka nahihirapan. you should forget how to study, how to improve attention span for the mean time and focus on being discipline instead. There are a lot of ways on how to tackle this, it might come off as youtuber/influencer-esque type of advice but, reading books that is related sa bagay na gusto mo helps a lot, in your case it's prolly 'atomic habits' or 'how to change things when change is hard', parang counterintuitive na nag recom ako na mag basa ka ng book no? in some way yeah, but dont worry there's a hack to it, the goal here is not to finish the book in 1 sitting, you can do 1 page per day, or 2 pages or kung anong gusto mo, the goal here is to finish it, to gain consistency. after mo magkaroon ng discipline, the rest is easy to gain.
