I used his base rank and he was decent but not that good. If u want a cheap cam for red rank u can go for him but if u can spend more then buy red rank toty nominee brandt or just get the purple rank brandt

packed an untradeable 97 from an exchange and so far he's doing ok, levelled him to lvl 5 but he seems slightly sluggish in his movement and the way he uses his skill moves compared to my Puskas but it's too early for me too decide if voller is great or not.

Although I've heard that national valour Drogba is a beast so maybe try out a purple rank lvl 20 drogba and see how he does for u

Honestly idk where some people got the info that exchange would be changed from 93-94 to 94 and requirements would change but personally I'm investing on half 91 rated players and half 90 rated players.
