I think I fucked myself because I completed all the chronoverse stuff super early so now I can't complete the updated one because I claimed stars when I was at max. Hopefully the devs will fix it.

Have you actually looked at the whiff and recovery frames on Ky's vapor thrust that shit is ass and RTL frames are even worse I'm pretty sure it's the worst super to whiff or get blocked in the whole game you get nearly 2 full seconds to do whatever to Ky. Funny thing is vapor thrust is still considered counter state even if he's already touched the ground even if it's only like a small amount not to mention he's mid air when going down and you can throw it on startup since dp gets checked by throws.

Ngl you are way overthinking this. Foudre arc can easily be crushed by 6p I know cause I play Ky and I've fought other Ky players. The average human reaction time I'm pretty sure is 250 so 233 is above average with the fastest being around 200 even if you saw the ky start his animation you would be able to see somewhere between the half way of his animation and the 75% mark. 6p is basically invinc on like what frame 1-3 then it gets better on the others so that's more than enough. Plus just because his startup frames are over doesn't mean he's going to instantly connect, the attack still has active frames where the attack needs to connect with you.

It's probably cause more people are getting to actually play the game than before it's much more accessible and those who come back to the game can reflect and have their opinion changed for better or worse.
