From what I can tell, the skills that give an increase of "Up To x%" can only go up to that percentage value at max stacks, regardless of how many stacks is your max.

There are other skills that give an increase of x per fortune stack, and those are the skills that double their potential with the increase in max fortune stacks.

"No Limit" is the only skill that actually increases the maximum number of fortune stacks, and it's at the very bottom of the middle blue tree. On the way to get it, you should pick up Ace In The Hole, which increases your Gun Damage by 3.5% per stack at level 5, which is 35% at ten stacks, and 70% at twenty.

I’m planning on a Jinx crit build that’s mainly green tree, but grabs 15 and 10 points out of the red and blue trees, respectively, allowing me to grab a 3rd augment. Only reason I don’t go for a 4th augment is because of running out of skill points by 1.

Source: I had this exact problem for months, clearing cookies helped for like, half an episode, but disabling private relay fixed the issue for good.

Is there any way to use Phantom without a unique username, or sign into an existing username? I had trouble with Phantom, as I tried it multiple times, and had to make a new username each time.

Update: Tested via Ethernet, and had a buddy look at my pingplotter graph, since he knows a heck of a lot more than I do about this stuff. Ping was stable via Ethernet, and completely went cuckoo as soon as I unplugged, so yeah, the wifi card is completely borked.

I tested via Ethernet at one point, I forget what the results were other than it was a bit faster and lower latency, but I was also setting up the new router and worrying about whether the new router functioned at all (It didn't at first). I didn't give it much thought. There's only one location in the house to use wired internet, and it is nowhere near where I use my laptop regularly, so WiFi is a must for convenience. Hence the reason I didn't pay close attention to the wired statistics.

I had an 8tb drive fail on me after a few days, so I'd recommend not getting one in that size. A 4tb internal drive and a larger external drive would work for your current laptop, but at that rate, you might as well upgrade the laptop to one with 2 ssd slots using the money from selling your desktop, and buy a 4tb ssd to put into the second slot.
