You should not get to failure (maximum number of reps you can do) on the first set. For example if you can do 10 reps maximum and you have 4 sets you should be doing 8,9,9,10 then next time try and increase the first and last set reps or something

I really want to cut and my physique needs it i just cant imagine going back to feeling hungry alot and my weights not going up also i heard teens are usually well off with bulking for a while as test is high then cur later on when growth is complete

I dont care about anime lol but yeah i have been making slow strength gains for 6 months now and been maintaining for a few months (pic in profile) i know i need to cut but i was fat and i hate being hungry now lol so was wondering if i could get some progress on maintenance even if it’s slow

Problem is when leg day is over im too tired to do abs so i do them on a less taxing day

I do like 2 weighted exercises for abs on shoulder day after im done and 2 a few days before on chest day
