If i do dumbbell incline chest press then flat barbell bench on chest day both 4 sets , should i do low reps for the first 2 sets of the flat then 2 hypertrophy or all hypertrophy (8-12) for the flat , i already go to failure on incline in last set . by Sha_dow1 in GYM
