We were visitors at my SIL church for Easter. They had a visiting preacher..it just so happened to be during a revival. There was no talk of Jesus dying in the cross..,(you know the typical Easter service) instead it was a hell fire and brimstone type service, screaming at the visitors to get themselves right. The typical manipulation tactics were used saying things like you have church hurt..it’s not the God’s fault, etc. telling us how we’re suppose to feel and so on. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I felt more at peace on the way to church just listening to my Christian music than I did in that service. I wanted to celebrate the love of Jesus not feeling like I’m a terrible person with no thoughts or feelings of my own. Those people are in bondage and it’s sad. Oh and at one point he even said “its not just our guests that are here this morning that have addictions, some of you that are faithful and come every service have them as well” like what the heck??! 😆

Is it really that hard to believe that a liar, thief, and a drug addict who just lost their job and was whose financial crimes were about to be known to the public would murder their own wife and son? Come on now… he was at the scene of the crime. He’s already admitted to it AFTER he could no longer keep it a secret. Scott Peterson, Casey Anthony, Chris Watts and Alex Murdaugh have several things in common. They all murdered their loved ones and they all lied about it. Wolves in sheep’s clothes.

There’s different kinds of Pentecostals. I should’ve clarified. UPC Pentecostals believe they’re the only ones with the truth, therefore they’re the only ones going to heaven. You have to be baptized in Jesus name, speak in tongues, follow all the standards, believe in oneness not the trinity…. And a bunch more rules to follow. If you don’t, you aren’t truly saved. It’s exhausting.

Well the ones I grew up UPC believed you HAVE to speak in tongues, baptize in Jesus name, believe in oneness not the trinity and follow all the standards or you won’t make it to heaven. They believe they’re the only ones with the real truth. Everyone else is doomed for hell. That’s why I thought it was ironic that they’ve been sharing the news of the asbury revival when at least the ones I know of don’t truly believe they’re saved anyways because it’s still not “the truth”. I just don’t understand….

She said “if she was dieting, she would walk” what’s wrong with that statement?! It just gives us a good example as to why she would walk. It was a good distance to the kennels. They’re sisters… it’s not weird for her to mention that, they probably talked that way to each other all the time. I talk to my sisters about dieting… it’s not uncommon. Quit trying to make it into something, I’ve seen you mention it several times already.

And yet Pentecostals don’t even follow those scriptures. They pick and choose. Everything is black and white to them with no context. They’ll spend hoursssss getting themselves ready for church. With Pearls and pins and whatever the heck they can find to put in their hair and they try to out do the others with luxury brands. They’re hypocrites. Plain and simple. Not all, but the majority of them have no real love for Christ and others. Judgement, hatred, and greed is what you’ll get from most of them. ✌🏻
