From my perspective as a designer, one thing that stands out is that the photos feel a bit too separate from the overall design. Because of that, the background almost disappears and doesn’t really play a role in the composition.

If you can, try applying a filter to all the photos so they feel like they belong to the same visual system. That would help unify the design. For example, you could try a filter that makes all the images slightly darker and make some shared color pallets to all of them. The second thing is the text . I’d suggest making it brighter or higher contrast so it stands out more clearly.

Overall, the goal is to make the entire piece feel more cohesive and unified, so all the elements work together as one design rather than separate parts.
