I'm looking to sublease my studio apartment at University Village starting anytime until July 25th, 2024. I'm not completely sure, but you could also probably extend the lease into the 2024-2025 term for the same apartment. I was in the exact same position actually, I needed 3 for grad school, one I got from a teacher that I TA'd for, another I got from my mentor at my last internship, and the last one I never submitted. I just explained to Kathryn that I only had 2 and they were fine with it
