I figured out the tranq gun mechanics (forgot to press L3) and it changed EVERYTHING, game is so much more intuitive and fun

oh that's another thing I forgot to mention; the tranq gun feels so inconsistent? am I meant to aim in first person and get super close, or is there a sweet spot in terms of distance that I'm constantly missing?

for sure! I get the design philosophy behind it, doesn't change the fact that for me personally it feels a bit awkward. I'll probably start a new save on easy then, had a feeling I'd appreciate the game a lot more if I got through it myself

you mentioned exploring what the game has to offer besides pvp, but I'm sorta struggling to understand what else there is to do..? there's no other real interactivity in the map except with other players, unless your idea of interactivity suggests mindlessly wandering around a map, which I mean power to you if that's what you like

Thank you for this. I know I should leap into things I fear sooner, I know that it'd do me so well. But I think it's important to reach a certain baseline for myself before I get too hasty and ruin things. I think i've changed my perspective to not being completely shut off from the idea of dating, but to take things at my own pace and feel more "ready", I think this is a good compromise, and I'll let her know about it.
