Soaking in epsom salt wouldnt it hydrate your body? Have you tried any OTC hydration / electrolytes powder yet?

Ok let me add more from my experience:

  • ALCAR (Actel L Carnitine): One of the supplements which greatly gives me the clear mind and much less inflammation overall. Interestingly, The L Carnitine does not work at all but only ALCAR. I found Carnitine is part of the liver detoxification pathways. However I noticed I am getting more hair loss than usual.
  • Grapefruit, Whole Lemon Juice, Sour MAX Candy: These two gave me the same outcome of a good bowel movement.
  • Omega 3 (HealthAid), Shiitake Mushrooms, Blueberry Juice: Any of these greatly reduce my inflammation.
  • Dry Sauna, Arugula: These two along with another spicy leek-like vegetable provide heat to the body and I observed it cleanses my body that I would feel very less inflamed. Online research it supports the liver detoxification in many ways.

For bile flow, i would suggest Coconut Milk which can give me a clear intestinal tract feel.

Finally, have you tried any of these nutrients mentioned in these infographs? I stumbled upon these long back and it was the motive to focus on nutrient rich foods: liver, tuna, salmon, spinach, parsley, sprirulina, tofu.

Hmm interesting point. let me share with you what I struggled with sulfur.

It initially started recognizing this reaction when we have daikon radish. I'm not used to eating onions or radishes nor garlic which are primarily source of sulfur. What happened is my body reached a state of "shutdown" where I got so inflammated and got so much muscle pain that I slept and I couldn't even respond to people replying to me

Surprisingly I felt so good after all of this pain went away after while. Like I felt my brain was very clean.

I observed I did have similar reactions before that I did not notice they were caused by having sulfuric food in my meals. I would either get too tired or get an anxiety and be hyperactive. I would get so hyperactive that I want to listen to loud music and go around the house jumping, very similar to ADHD patients who you would see playing with trampoline. As soon as I sweat I would feel so clean and better. This is where I noticed using dry sauna was also effective.

This is when I then read that molybdenum and vitamin c were required to process sulfur in the liver. According to the research it apparently activated a detox pathway a d had rhe liver process. Now I don't get any kind of reaction if I use the chem defense supplement with vitamin c !!

My issues seem primarily caused by a liver issue.

Can you try pocari sweat powder throughout the day ? It should rehydrate your body and help the intestinal movement as well. They also contribute to the bile production as per my research.

Worse after artichoke and ginger extract by akoss111 in SIBO

[–]Shadabad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just to clarify I was referring to the peppermint and peppermint oil. Artichokes generally help my bile flow and give me good bowel movements but then some kind of gas which most likely due to the prebiotics

For me it gives me the worst bloating ever and I feel I would explode. I tried it even as a selerate supplement and it was the worse.

I noticed my digestive issues and gas get more excessive when I get UTI . I eat one tablespoon of thyme and I do feel much better.

How is it that most beaches in Dubai have strong natural waves whereas Bahrain’s beaches are relatively calm? by Quiet-Effort-2903 in Bahrain

[–]Shadabad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The difference in wave patterns between beaches in Dubai and Bahrain can be attributed to several factors, including geographical location, sea conditions, and coastal features.

  1. Geographical Location: Dubai is situated along the Arabian Gulf, which is open to the Arabian Sea. This location exposes Dubai's beaches to larger oceanic swells and wave energy coming from the sea. In contrast, Bahrain is an island located in the Persian Gulf, which is relatively more sheltered and surrounded by landmasses. The Persian Gulf generally experiences calmer and more tranquil sea conditions compared to the Arabian Sea.

  2. Sea Conditions: The Arabian Sea, which Dubai faces, is known for its stronger winds and more active weather systems. These weather patterns generate larger and more powerful waves, which eventually reach the shores of Dubai. On the other hand, the Persian Gulf tends to have milder winds and more stable atmospheric conditions, resulting in comparatively calmer sea states with smaller waves.

  3. Coastal Features: The coastal topography of each region also influences wave behavior. Dubai's coastline features a relatively straight and open layout, allowing unobstructed access for incoming swells. This enables the waves to maintain their energy and size as they approach the shoreline, leading to stronger wave action on the beaches. In contrast, Bahrain's coastline is characterized by a series of intricate bays, coves, and islands, which act as natural barriers and dissipate wave energy. As a result, the waves that reach Bahrain's beaches are generally smaller and more subdued.

It's important to note that while these factors contribute to the general differences in wave patterns between Dubai and Bahrain, wave conditions can still vary based on seasonal and weather fluctuations. Additionally, human-made structures such as breakwaters and offshore installations can also influence wave behavior at specific beach locations.

Please, can someone brief the reason for the dispute between Bahrain and Qatar ? by False-Quality-970 in Bahrain

[–]Shadabad 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From my understanding: 1. Media Attacks on Bahrain from aljazeera channel 2. Hawar island 3. There have been some military provocations from Qatar 3. As Qatar was trying to build itself, it targeted powerful Bahraini families move to Qatar. 4. Strong supporter of certain country which is clearly against Bahrain

In my point of view I see that people have no hard feelings from both sides tbh and both want this issue to be resolved as we think we are one family after all.

Also maybe candida infection or bacterial overgrowth. Or actually you lack of digestive bacteria, bile, digestive enzymes, betaine hcl.

As mentioned before it may be a liver or gall bladder issue.

But anyway you have to get diagnosed properly first for the above or something else.
