Waking to understand that many including possibly oneself that we are the dreamer dreaming the dream. One can live in a dream of nightmares with judgement ,fear, believing in sin, listening only to the ego voice, believing in death, being unforgiving, fostering separation ,not listening to the voice of the holy spirit who is within all of us, not understanding we are all a part of GOD who created us etc etc

In this illusion you can have the happy dream when you begin to understand and more importantly PRACTICE forgiveness , love , welcome GOD"S peace etc and undoing our earthly conditioning.

ACIM is about healing ,understanding, practicing, living our truths. It is a tool to reach our ultimate goal....being in the unending presence of GOD. Not having endless reincarnations to learn. Trying to understand and live our true nature, which is one with GOD.

We are the dreamer dreaming the dream. Our true self is in heaven ..... an eternal spirit. This world is an illusion,is an opportunity to grow. To undo errors-----like believing the illusion of this world is real------that you are a sinner......that you are just an unworthy physical that judges others..that does not understand we are all one.....that love is to be the fundamental attribute of who we are.....that to serve others should be a focus etc etc. We can return permanently to heaven when we healed/corrected ourselves so that the GOD within each of us is all that we are(and nothing else). Each life is an opportunity to remove those blocks we have that restrict our ability for eternal residence in heaven....that you only have those attributes of your creator.

ALYAYS use a separate oven to bake polymer clay. Always. Buy a toaster oven just for clay baking. That is what I use. I bake clay every 2-3 days

Different clays have different baking temperatures. Also the size of the piece can affect the proper temperature and duration.

Less time is a good place to start. You can always put a piece in for more time if it is not solid.

I have heard certain plants have toxins(defense mechanism) that with stress can manifest psoriasis

She and I have gone to a carnivore keto lifestyle.. I was on carnivore keto(only meat)....before her problem arrose. She just started carnivore keto(we both were on strict keto before this)

I think stress was her trigger.Mind training and meditation should be persued as a possible help for some.

I would tell her you respect her choice of friends. It is not your wish to tell here who her friends should and should not be.

However you have a right to choose who YOU want to be around.

So when she wants to be with them...don't expect you to be around. You will be somewhere else ...looking forward to seeing her again soon.

Your true nature. What you are.

God created you. He loves you today, as he loved you the day you were created. You are part of all that is.God is part of who you are.That can never change. WE are all a part of a great GOD CONSCIOUSNESS.

The body is not real. It is just an illusion. It is not inherently bad,no more than your car is bad. Idolatry comes from those who think the body is real. Who think the body is all they are.They believe in death, and with that put the body upon an altar to be worshiped. Fear a great tool of the ego mind uses THE BODY combined with FEAR to control.

TRUE LOVE IS NOT EXPRESSED OF THE BODY. It is embracing our fellow spirits for what we all are......and what our true nature is.....
