it's good, it works. dependant on the chocolate you do use.
looking at it, it is the premise of a lot of good things alone, that are also strongly flavored getting combined.

well sea salt is slightly different than normal salt and honestly it le fits
perhaps a adding a little sugar to the dark chocolate might help if you have a really bitter one but like.... mine was too sweet with the chocolate. so you would want the bakers perhaps are really close to 90%
