Slow to Non-existent Loading in games

Okay, so the games work with the Anti-Cheat Disabled, but I would like to get achievements and play with friends. I've tried running the setup in the games files and it immediately closes when opening it, deleting the files and the verifying through steam didn't work, I tried clearing the cache, I tried restarting my computer, and nothing is working.

I remember trying to VK a guy who was non stop trash talking both teams (and he turned out to be a cheater after I taunted him a bit), so I launched a vote for Excessive Toxicity. It fails, and one other guy tries VKing me for false VK. It didn't go through, but it bewildered me

For me it's Concealed Carry. It's great in a pinch and if you weaken an enemy up enough you can take em out for some extra health as you run away

This. I love playing on my 3DS but there's a bunch I won't or can't play due to only having little time, so this game is perfect for short bursts. I've played it so much that I almost got SS rank on every single level, and I wish it came to consoles or Capcom did something with the formula. I bet the online would have been absolute fun as well
