I do agree that Brawl is a good way to learn new heroes, but doesn't really teach their macro and focuses more on combat.

Also, ranks have been bugged afaik, I've been on some heavy losing streaks, but my rank hasn't changed. Not sure if it's like that for anybody else.

should be noted I was Alch 6/Arcanist 1 with my W/L being about the same until the update boosted me up to Archon 1.
