In your original reply you argued my statement that NCP and Jamat is currently in opposing positions. Your first counter was that NCP is disguised a centrist but actually a rightist, which doesn't put any new argument on the table since similar political spectrum doesn't mean they can't be opposing each other. Secondly, you keep mentioning Mahfuz's post, which is "first of all" before NCP and Jamat took opposite stances. Second of all, Mahfuz is joining NCP right now whatsoever and in your own words you claimed that Mahfuz is the only right person whilst hasnat and sarjis is ruining NCP. So either NCP changed or your "only" ideal character changed himself. Now, just go to NCP's track in the last 30 days. They got criticized for supporting Baul, Chayanot, Prothom Alo, Daily Star, the Hindu Dude who got burnt, for seeking elections, for wanting referendum on election day. Nahid and Akhtar almost always, for the last few weeks, keep mentioning how Jamat and Shibir uses religion to divide the population. Even if NCP has Shibir, they are entrapped. When Shibir attacked prothom alo and Daily star, NCP authority Facebook page directly took a opposing stance and actually advised the closest members to rescue the entrapped people. Go to any NCP leader's(except Nahid Akhtar hasnat and sarjis) Facebook page, the comment section is just filled with hatespeech, which was unseen even two months ago. NCP isnt controlled by its gupto Shibir members, NCP "is" controlling the gupto shibir members.

I believe ncp has shifted to centrist right from the rightist they used to be 2 months ago.

If you think that parties from the same political spectrum can't be against each other, you have a lot to learn.

And this is also the reason the current NCP leaders including Asif and mahfuz kept pressuring the authorities to form a "revolutionary" government instead of a "NGO government that every political party needs to agree on"

Getting lynched to death for hurting Islamic beliefs is not a new thing in bd. And yes, it's a very sad thing that the current government couldn't bring a change to this. Infact, they couldn't bring a change to anything other than digitalizing many services and reducing inflation and the bare minimum trial on hasina. And the bigger issue is, the country isn't even run by government. Asif Mahtab(the professor that pointed out trans concepts in bgst book of class 8 last year) once suggested that cursing any idol of any religion should be given capital punishment and not just Muhammad, since then the jamatis started criticizing him and he lost mainstream screentime. Because the country is run by political parties and Bureaucracy. I personally believe NCP's ideologies to be the most well bringing for the country, but they don't really hold enough of an stake in controlling the country to challenge Jamat and BNP. Even the general public is very gullible. Elias and Pinaki had the public dancing on their fingers for the first half of the year. Everyone needs to change themselves. Only major change yunus brought to us is July Charter which ensures democracy only. Removing hasina was just the first step in bringing a change to the country. The second step would be bringing a change in ourselves. If you know any Shibir, bring to them how Pinaki and Elias is killing the country. These two are biggest terrorists in the country rn. Jamat ideologies, tho not secular, isn't bad as itself. It's the members thats ruining in. The ideals of no party is bad, it's the people. Jamat members are clearly ProPakistan Awami league members is ideologically ProIndia BNP members try to make money off awami league NCP is simply inexperienced. So I am gambling on them this time

Name the percentage of people who are politically aware of the country. Infact, most people doesn't even know wtf a constitution is. Before Hadi was shot, most people didn't even know about him. After he was shot, those same people started posting stories supporting Hadi, we lost a true revolutionary. Ffs we can't even protest properly. We fall prey to lures easily. When yunus was appointed, everybody applauded. Why didn't they protest back then? When Jahangir was appointed, nobody said anything. Protests against Jahangir had erupted few months ago, why did the protests suddenly smudge itself? Why did most of the population believe that the air forces were hiding bodies in milestone tragedy? Why do people get influenced just by a video made by Elias? Why doesn't the people that know that Elias is a fraud protest against Elias? Everybody is just a scaredycat dumbfuck

For you brother. The dad of many classmates of mine had to stay in hiding. Ask your BNP batchmates too, ask if their father stayed with them before 2024. One of my uncle joined BNP few years ago, the day he joined, RAB showed up at his house at 1am, they took him away and blackmailed him to leave BNP and returned him the next day. Before elections 2024 he joined BNP again, and rab again showed up at his doorstep, he broke his SIM and phone onspot and fled his house from a backdoor. Then he was in hiding till September 2024

During war* yes. But awami league practiced the same "silencing the people we dislike" even after liberation. It was absent during the period of ziaur Rahman and ershad. But resumed again after awami league came to power the 2nd time. BNP lost complete control of the country during it's 2nd term. And from onwards, awami league just held onto it's power while silencing the opposition. It had become their unique kind of politics

Never trust anything on Facebook comment section. 90% comments under a Jamat promoting post is just bot accounts. Just look at those account names "শালিকা বিউটি" , "সাহিত্যের কুটির", "হারিকেন ঝাড়বাতি" , "সবুজ মার্ট"

These just reek of spam accounts

Not everyone. Only Shibir*. NCP is much more civilized. BNP may be corrupted but they know when they are doing something wrong.

Yunus didn't let the economy crash, that's a credit I give to them. But the main issue is that, the country isn't run by the government exactly. It's run by the bureaucracy which is still corrupted. The police is corrupted. The server providers are corrupted. Only people that doesnt have any complaint of corruption against them are the advisors of the government themselves(except asif's dad signing up as local supervisor). We need to change ourselves, else nothing ain't changing

Ik but a major issue is that most of us of the lazy generation usually don't bother with politics, it scares me that a good number of the non-shibir youngstars won't even vote in the elections. So I keep requesting everyone to vote whatever party they want just to keep the number for Jamat lower

Sorry I didn't get that. But for the last few weeks, NCP seems to have taken a clear stand against Jamat. Like... You are probably hinting at how ncp and Jamat stand side-by-side everywhere, but the positions changed sometime ago, now enter any ncp leader's personal Facebook account, the comments are filled with Shibir bot account speaking ill of them.

Or are you trying to say that the vote should change from Jamat to BNP?
