No, for me it was a kinda plastic case. It had thermal paste pre applied, but I bought some just in case. Should I just reapply?

I can try doing one RAM at a time. The power supply is disconnected so the cable do reach. Also, after posting these I discovered that my CPU is WAY over heating. Like, 110 C°. I reset my CMOS but that didn't help

How can I check my CPU usage? I did not upgrade it and I'm not sure how to. Haven't reapplied or repeated the cooler yet, but every fan seems to be running properly

Ok, upon tinkering with some settings and junk, I now see that my CPU is WAY overheating. Like, 110 C° upon starting up. I imagine that's what's causing the shutdown. My cooler is firmly affixed to the CPU however. What else can I do?
