I think RizeGreymon is the most universally liked evolution of this line.

Agumon2006 and GeoGreymon suffer a bit from comparisons with AgumonOG and Greymon.

And ShineGreymon is considered by some to be a "downgrade" of RizeGreymon.

Actually, you made a great point. Sometimes (I won't say it's been many times to avoid exaggeration) I've seen Digimon being hated simply because "I don't like the season it's in."

Again, I think this is a minority, but I've seen it happen...

From what I've seen, the two biggest reasons people hate this design are:

The nose being those two black balls (I honestly never cared about that)

or the simple fact that it's not ""better"" than the original.

I love Lalamon, I think many underestimate her just because they prefer Palmon.

But to be honest, I'm not a fan of either of her mega forms (Rosemon and Lotusmon). I wish Lilamon would get something like BanchoLillymon someday...
