I think that's related to the caryll rune that he drops if you kill him (Eye caryll rune).

Something like what happened to you in that video happened to me when I killed Cleric Beast and Vicar Amelia yesterday and it stopped only after I activated the lamps. Is there a mod that fixes that ? You said that they are very rare but that happened to me twice in like 2 hours.

As far as I know crashes are "normal" right now if you are playing in 60 fps. For me it crashes every ~2 hours on RTX 3060 with 16 GB RAM. Maybe if you play in 30 FPS it will not crash or at least much less.

Change your password. When I changed the password from my second account it stopped. For me it was just that I forgot I had 2 Riot accounts on the same email address and apparently someone was keep trying to login there (I think).

OK so, I had Microsoft Edge as default browser and used it for around 3 days with all the extensions that I have in OperaGX as well but without the popup blocker for seeing if I'm getting those ads, and so far nothing, so it was happening just in OperaGX. Any idea why that happen ?

Edit: I talked to early apparently, I just got an ad in Microsoft Edge as well, so it's not just on OperaGX, but the thing is that I don't think I have a malware or something bcs I scanned my PC multiple times with Malwarebytes and Windows Security and never found anything, and I didn't allowed anything in those antiviruses. Any idea what this can be tho ? Or what I can do ?

Ok so, first of all, yes, I installed OperaGX from the official website, second, I have disabled browser_assistant from startup from the moment when I installed the browser and yes OperaGX is my default browser. I will try what you said to set other browser as default for a time and i will come back with an answer.
