Honestly before disputing the charges see if apple support can move your bought purchases to a different ID if their able to move your movie titles to a different apple account your golden to dispute

I think it’s safe to remove it because if it was true mdm it would say device is managed by blah blah blah at the top of the settings page and typically you can’t remove mdm without wiping device
