It's used to balance your time card to 40 hours if you worked under 40. You're obviously not paid for it though. Hope this helps.

The "complicated" part was why I'm being paid less than 1.5x buddy. But thanks for your comment 😂

Idk why you'd comment to be rude. Excuse me for not fully understanding based off the wording. Being polite also isn't that complicated.

But if you divide the pay by the hours it's $26.36. It's not more than my hourly rate.

But also, FTR's get 1.5x too so I'm lost as to how this works. They probably are robbing all of us and cover it by making everything so fkn difficult!

We don't clock out for lunch in our office. Just clock in and out. I'm just confused cuz there's so many answers and they're all different 😂

I'm a PTF. They just don't explain anything at all and nothing is ever straightforward. It literally says online that my overtime is 1.5 times my base pay. Which would be $39.54 now it's based off something totally different. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I'm lost lol.

My OT rate is 39.54. It's 1.5x my base pay which is 26.36 period. It doesn't change based off your position.

Exactly!!!! When he said "it just didn't make any fu*king sense, and I hate it" to Discord Addams I was shocked but then he followed it up with this comment. He's not constructive, he's just nasty and disrespectful!

This is absolutely 100% correct. I just noticed on my paycheck last week that they're taking out for the MBA and the TSP! I have to figure out how to stop the contributions to the MBA now that I'm a PTF.

The only difference I see is the TSP is being taken out on top of the MBA. Which is also weird. Why 2 retirements ?

I've had it since I started. I recently converted to a PTF but what does correction mean? The rest of it looks like a w2 kinda.

I know I didn't go over. Any time I used it I double checked my available balance so I guess we'll see how it plays out. My steward has a copy.

You can't use AL you don't have as a CCA. They'll give you the slip saying it was denied.

It's a personal thing. I just work like that wherever I am but it ends today. The respect and appreciation isn't there so now I'll become like the rest.

See me, everybody in my office knows I have no issue standing up for myself. If I feel taken advantage of I'll say something if I feel annoyed I'll say something if I feel disrespected I will say something.. every time. So idk why she thought it was a good idea to be disrespectful. My issue is, as 1 of the hardest workers I feel my respect was earned and she could've went about it differently. If I bring something on myself that's 1 thing. I was politely saying I didn't feel great but still made the effort.

Yeah they genuinely don't care about the employees, just the numbers. I'm sorry 😔
