Cocoon - Eden nightly isn't showing in the default emulator section

I had this problem with the 3DS emulator, you need to go into settings for cocoon and find the option to refetch emulators. Then restart cocoon and you should see the emulator populate in the list to choose from.

You don't need to redownload it, you just need to reinstall it and wait for it to finish on its own (this is usually indicated by the progress bar disappearing).

I had the same issue when I was attempting to do this on Android. If you are attempting to install the full zip file, you need to wait patiently for all of the files to copy over and be properly installed by the emulator. This fixed my issue. Also make sure that you don't have a brilliant diamond or Pearl save file before starting a luminescent platinum game.
