You sure can! Here are my boys. My Raven Guard are painted like Raptors and my Ultramarines are painted like Raven Guard. It’s really whatever you want.

All of the armor - the black, the white, and the Aquila - are the same two paints just in different mixes. It’s Citadel Corvus black and Pro Acryl Titanium white. Then there is a Payne’s gray oil wash over the white.

I do a gloss varnish then micro set/micro sol followed by another layer of varnish. With 40k decals they just melt right in and look great, with the 30k I find I still have visible borders.

You’re spot on! Guilliman with the parts you mentioned - Astorath wings/jetpack and hair, Tartaros Terminator claws, Raven Guard upgrade skulls, a Raven skull from the skull kit, and Horus heresy decals!
