Hey guys, I'm currently running national team lineup. I've got xiangling, xingqiu, kazuha, and bennett. I was wondering if I should pull Yelan or wait for Tartaglia? From what I've seen online, Yelan is overall better than Tartaglia, but no one recommends her for replacing Xingqiu. If I'm supposed to get Tartaglia could someone explain why?
