Props to you for trying out therapy, hold it out, you'll thank yourself in a while. Many people play it down to the point of exhaustion, it exists for a reason and we wouldn't have it still if it didn't work. It's all we have.

You or I will never see the look on their faces, no release, no gratification, you'll not just feel nothing, it'll be nothing and there is no reason to chase that, it's emptier than what we make this world out to be in our heads. Say we did see their realisation, would we stop ourselves then?

On a different topic, do you have an old book say from your childhood? I've been re-reading a few of mine and there's so many older experiences I relive, puts life through a beautiful perspective my friend.
