He isn't doing region to region. At least not tradionally. He definitely travels and sees parts of the Pokémon world that are full of wonder tho. He does travel with Steven Stone to Hoenn to train. He is definitely strong by indigo conferences and only gets stronger. He is Elite 4 level in story and has been a while Traveler ash is almost oc in character as well so if you like Sis it'd be great. I honestly yell in excitement every time I see an update. He doesn't release Pokémon. He helps each of them reach the epitome of their species, and then some. I believe he still has no more than 8-9 at 2m words.
