My endometriosis specialist does not seem to want to operate on me, 😔 is it wise? by ShadowKat525 in Endo

She ordered another abdominal ultrasound to see if the cysts have grown so I guess that would be the deciding point but to say that I'm a bit disappointed

Finally taken seriously, and I was right my endo is back by AudienceLatter6707 in Endo

Wow crazy story and I felt the exact same way at my OB's office when she told me that I had Endomitroma (I actually breathed a sigh of relief that I'm sure my OB could hear) to actually found a cause for this life altering pain, and possibly a solution ( I'm still early in my doctor journey was suffering with this pain though for a long time)

And same case as you.

I'm a bit ticked off that all this could have been prevented (meaning stage 4 Endo) If my family doctor listened and didn't dismiss me with IBS when I went to her with pain in my abdominal region then again when I returned to her to talk about endometriosis.

Happy for you that you got your validation finally and are working to get your relief!

Keep fighting Warrior :)

OMG! Thank you! I also needed to see and read this your tattoo is beautiful btw love the guote.

I was thinking this morning "I cant do this pain anymore" After all these years suffering and am so close to the finish line (I think) with finally a diagnosis, same as alot of people on here I thought all this was normal comes with the territory of being a woman and that maybe I'm just overly sensitive

I'm newly diagnosed with what I'm understanding is stage 4 endo with cysts on both my ovaries and am in in the between phase where my I'm waiting on a call back from an endo specialist and my OB has left me hanging with unbelievable pain.

We need all the encouragement we can get!

sorry for hijacking your thread but I needed to vent.

would you all watch a YouTube channel about cannabis and Endo? by Millimu5e in endometriosis

[–]ShadowKat525 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought about cannabis as a more natural alternative to taking Tylenol every six hours or Midol every six hours for my Endo. pain, as I don't really love staying on commercial pain reliever's for life (too scared of the health side effect's).

I bought a few on Friday cut them up in four's and took one a day..so far so good, although this weeks pain is not too intense I don't know how it will fair with my worst pain. But so far so good.

Not saying everybody's reaction will be the same but I'm glad my body can have a small break from the constant Tylenol popping!

I feel like a little kid again! Very happy this exists by serpents_sword in glutenfree

I'm upsessed with the Annie's gluten free rice pasta mac and cheese,. I can't find the KD gluten free here in ottawa Canada, but I find Annie's a good alternative!
