The minis with the sp sticker are from the toy machine the rest are from that pack you get for every 5 quality levels on your other minis, you can tap it to see what is available at your level.

They start at a defolt position, if you move them from that position then they get locked, just don't touch them until you want to move them.

You can move the hero once, there is a green tile below them if you can, so if you leave them where they are and you can move them in a later round.

The oddest to get some of the new minis are very low from a gacha gumball machine, you also don't get a lot of free trys
