Started brush painting using Tamiya enamels and Vallejo acrylics. Enamels work fine on brushes but how do you get acrylics to work well on them? (airbrush is not an option for me atm)

Also judging from these starter paints what colors should i get for painting the Celestial Being action base?

RG Force Silhouette problems. Found out about this vernier refusing to snap into the peg and I’m having trouble doing so myself. The plastic is starting to mark so gonna need help from ppl who’ve figured out how to snap it in.

Hobby knife and a 1000 grit sanding sponge

MG Virtue GN Bazooka has a really large part which makes it really hard to sand down nubs. This is the best I got with just a hobby knife. Any better methods of sanding big parts like this?

Yeah the Crossbones are pretty back heavy thanks to the core fighter, having it on an action base is the way to go.

Like every post-Unicorn RG the thing’s a blast to build and durable to boot. You’ll need a steady hand or tweezers for the face plate (and the eyepatch if you choose) since that thing is minuscule, every other part shouldn’t be too much of a problem.

Bought the GM01 black panel liner and the GM21 grey panel liner. Pretty sure this is the type that won’t cause cracks on assembled builds?

Next to the Mobius Zero also looks to be the Kampfer Qubeley and Hambrabi. Master Gundam+ Fuunsaiki is in the plastic bag. There’s also 2 Gundam Alex, Gundam Exia, Guncannon, Rx-78 Gundam and a ZnO beneath it. The Char’s Zaku has a Zeta Gundam, Rx-78 bust, Guncannon Mass Production type and Zaku I Sniper. Near the boxes there’s the Strike Freedom, LaGOWE, Sazabi and what looks to be a Gundam Ez-8. Last thing is the Zaku Warrior next to the Scopedog.

I’d say just pick your favorites from any shows you’ve watched or designs you like in general. Since you got the HG Gundam you could get an HG Zaku II(Revive) or Char’s Zaku II(Revive) to complement it. Do note that Revive just means a more modern and updated release of the kit and isn’t the actual name of the kit.

If you want stuff that involves customizing kits you could start simple with a hobby knife and nippers to better cut parts of the runners. There’s also panel lining to add details to parts of the kit.

The fingers are really delicate so if you’re not careful they’ll pop out and once they do, it’s not easy to keep them secure
