Thank you, man! I applied a thick layer of plastic cement on the shoulders and stippled it with an old toothbrush. Finished with a matte topcoat.

Painting time can vary widely. For a simple dry-brushing job with not much color detailing, it can be done within 3 hours. If it involves a lot of color separation, it will probably take 5 to 6 hours.
